We have a high bias to action and move quickly and act with urgency but don’t compromise on quality. We will share market data and feedback with you along the way so that you always have a full picture of what is going on.

We can tailor our process to what best fits you and your company, and will seek your feedback along the way so we can pivot and make adjustments as necessary. We treat each candidate with individualized care and seek to deeply understand their skillset, motivation and career goals to ensure a great fit with your role and your culture.
We believe in fair pricing. Recruiting shouldn’t have to break the bank, so we have a more economical model: an engagement fee + an hourly rate for every hour we work on a search. Chelsea Harris
Chelsea has worked in people operations for over a decade and has deep expertise in talent acquisition and talent management. She has led recruiting for tech and non-tech roles at all levels for companies in various industries and of different sizes, and is especially passionate about working with startups and high-growth companies.
While at Red Ventures (a rapidly scaling digital media & technology company), Chelsea led talent management with a focus on performance, culture, engagement and career development. She was also the Chief of Staff to the CEO & founder, which gave her a strong understanding of what makes a successful CEO / how founders work and think, and how to be a strong and trusted talent partner for them.
Chelsea grew up in the Philadelphia area and is currently traveling the US with her husband, Jordan, and their two cats. They will be settling down in St. Petersburg, FL this fall. Chelsea is a lifelong avid tennis player.
